Booking & Appointment Terms

Timothea’s Financial Services
Peoria, Arizona

Effective Date: October 1, 2025

These Booking Terms apply to all appointment requests and scheduled services made through our website or booking system.

1. Appointment Requests

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by Timothea’s Financial Services.

2. No Client Relationship Upon Booking

Scheduling or requesting an appointment does not establish a client relationship. A client relationship is formed only after services are agreed upon and confirmed in writing.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a missed appointment fee, where permitted by Arizona law.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking an appointment. Timothea’s Financial Services is not responsible for delays or service limitations caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.

5. Payment Terms

Fees for services will be discussed and agreed upon prior to engagement. Booking an appointment does not obligate Timothea’s Financial Services to provide services without payment or a signed engagement agreement.

6. Virtual Appointments

Virtual appointments are conducted through secure platforms. You are responsible for ensuring access to the required technology. Timothea’s Financial Services is not responsible for technical issues beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under Arizona law, Timothea’s Financial Services is not liable for damages resulting from appointment scheduling, cancellations, or delays.

8. Governing Law

These Booking Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

9. Agreement

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Booking Terms.

Fees, Payments & Refunds

All fees for services will be discussed and agreed upon prior to engagement. Payment may be required before services are rendered.

Due to the nature of professional financial services, all fees are non-refundable once services have begun, except where required by Arizona law.

Late Fees

Invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to a late fee, as permitted under Arizona law. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.

Missed Appointments & No-Shows

Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be subject to a missed appointment fee. This policy helps ensure availability for all clients.

Virtual Appointment Consent

By scheduling a virtual appointment, you consent to receiving services through electronic communication platforms. You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for having the required technology

  • Internet or technical issues may occasionally occur

  • Timothea’s Financial Services is not responsible for disruptions beyond our control

All reasonable efforts are made to protect your information during virtual services; however, no system can guarantee absolute security.
